Lovely Worcester porcelain waisted cream jug with a shanked body, shaped rim rising to a curved spout and raised strap handle with inner spur. Decorated with a red and blue cornflower sprigs in a barbeaux style along with small gilded floral sprigs and gilded detailing around the rim, inside the spout and down the handle.
Unmarked but dates to the Flight period, c.1795.
It measures 11cm (4 3/8") high, 12cm (4 3/4") spout to handle and 8cm (3 1/8") wide.
Condition is excellent with no damage or repair and very light surface wear, just fractional rubbing to the gilt on the spout.
