About this item
A pretty bone china circular dessert plate by New Hall with pale blue ground rim framed with gilt and reserving relief moulded floral frieze of flowering vines. Finely painted with a landscape vignette of "Lansdown Cottage", named at the edge, with the cottage sitting at the top of a curving drive with a shepherd herding sheep in the foreground. c.1815-1820.

It measures 20.2cm (8") wide and 2.5cm (1").
In very good condition with no damage or repair and minor handling wear mainly to the gilt band on the inside of the blue ground.
