    A charming large 19th century French Jug from Alsace. Lovely yellow glaze with green dots on terracotta - this is an excellent example of the pottery which has been made in Alsace for centuries  - this one is particularly beautiful with it's wonderful shape and it's marbleized glaze- Arte Populaire at it's best... circa 1850
