    This Victorian 6 " x 6 "tile is transfer printed in brown against a creamy tan background showing good detail and good contrast.

    The tile is from the Watteau series in the style of the French artist Jean-Antoine Watteau.  The series features a Rococco style border with a young lad romancing a maiden with his sweet flute playing.
