Skilfully carved bitong, or decorative brush pots - ideal for dry flower arrangements Displaying a desirable aged patina, minor splitting to the bamboo Expertly carved with an abundance of detail, the bamboo presenting light biscuit hues The scenes depict traders and workers within a bamboo forest Delightful examples of Chinese craftsmanship during the late Art Deco period Each offering an opening diameter of 8.5cm (3.25'')This is a striking pair of large vintage dry flower vases, with superb carving in the bitong tradition.
