About this item
A Wedgwood, earthenware jelly mould. This is marked 'WEDGWOOD' and it is also impressed with a number '6' above the number '35'. It is made from quite a heavy earthenware and it dates from c.1850. To the base it is moulded with a bunch of grapes and this is surrounded by a simple, fluted border. The design is crisp, so it would turn out well. It is in very good, usable condition. Although we now tend to refer to this type of mould as a jelly mould, they were used for both sweet and savoury dishes.
Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £25. Western Europe add £10.
