About this item
Late Georgian oak chest of drawers c.1810. Useful small size, just over three feet wide. Solid oak top with an applied ogee moulding to the edge. Over an unusual configuration of three smaller drawers over three long drawers of graduated height. Cockbeaded drawer fronts with brass swan neck handles. Moulded plinth and bracket feet to the front and sides. Oak sides, deal drawer linings and backboards. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
