A set of four 19th Century carved mahogany chairs in the Chippendale style, consisting of two armchairs and two side chairs, superb quality and lovely dense timber, having carved and shaped backs with flower foliage design, the seats having been recently re-upholstered in a green leather with brass stud decoration, the armchairs having shaped curved arms terminating with carved scrolls, with out swept legs at the rear and carved cabriole legs at the front terminating with a ball and claw foot. Circa 1880.
