    An early  Geo III mahogany silver chest with single oak lined drawer.The lid which lifts to reveal an open space that can be used to store anything(originally silver) has a side supporting ratchet.The chest is fine quality mahogany and stands on shaped bracket feet, it has original large carrying handles on either end.Good colour and patina,a useful country house piece of furniture.English Circa 1760.
