An exceptionally wide and bow-fronted early 19th century French Commode. With remains of original pale blue paint and a bow-shaped front. With four drawers, this is a rare commode in aged but good condition - almost too spectacular to hide in the bedroom - a real statement piece for the sitting room perhaps... circa 1820
