A Chinese porcelain, Famille Verte "Flower Basket" Plate
Qing dynasty
Kangxi period (1654–1722)
Measures: 23.2 cm diameter x 3.6 tall

Brightly enamelled to the centre with a large basket filled with auspicious flowers including blossoming chrysanthemum, lotus and peony, the rim with shaped cartouches with butterflies enclosed by panels with a floral diaper ground. The base unmarked.

In very good condition. A single very minor nibble to the underside of the rim.
