    About this item

    A very attractive set of 7, 18th Century mahogany dining chairs. The set comprises one carver and six singles. Dating from about 1780 made from the densest Cuban mahogany. They have serpentine seat rails with moulded front legs joined by stretchers. The back splats are finely carved with large Anthemion motifs. The carver is larger than the singles. All upholstered in a very fine cut velvet Damask.


    Condition : Very Good, a few minor repairs to two back splats apart from that all very structurally sound.
