About this item
A fantastic reclaimed antique Gledhill Patent cash till. The wooden till is functional and the lid and drawer open. The drawer opens to reveal five hollowed wood money slots of differing sizes. The cash till bell is working and rings when the drawer is opened. The drawer has an ornate brass cup handle. The lid has a till receipt slot and when the lid is opened the bell and till receipt reel can be seen. An original instruction label is attached to the inside of the lid. The cash till is in good condition with some character signs of age and wear, as expected. The till has some knocks and scratches and there is some slight damage to the front of the drawer. The brass drawer handle is dented inwards slightly on the left hand side. There is some slight tarnish to the brass. There are no keys for the till. Please see pictures for condition details. The cash till would make a fantastic display item or prop and has great antique character.
