A GeoIII mahogany tambour tray top bedside commode. C1760.
I've had dozens of these through my hands over the years and seen hundreds if not thousands in the sale rooms but never with pull out arm rests! Clearly original and they even fold over for that little bit of extra comfort - such thought.
