About this item
A nineteenth century, French copper, deep sauté pan. This is marked with the number “24” which relates to the diameter of the pan in centimetres. It is made from a substantial gauge of copper and has a steel handle which is in the typical French form. It dates from c.1890 and it is in very good condition. The interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used.
Dimensions: Diameter of pan 24cm. Depth of pan 7cm. Overall length of pan and handle 47.2cm.
