About this item
A small, French copper turbotiere complete with drainer. This is made from quite a heavy gauge of copper and the copper has a planished finish. It has the typical, French style of steel handle and the drainer is made from aluminium. It dates from the 1930’s and is in very good condition. Although it hasn’t recently been re-tinned the tinning, to the interior, is still in very good, usable condition. It is quite unusual to find turbotieres in such a small size and this does make it much more practical for modern day use.
Dimensions: Length of pan 45cm. Width 38cm. Depth of pan 12cm. Overall length including the handles 50cm. Overall height including the handles 17cm.
Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £50. Most of Western Europe add £25.
