About this item
Set of six mid 19th.c. Welsh oak cottage dining chairs c.1850. Low backs with a straight top rail over a nicely turned back stretcher. Board seats (height 17") on square stiles joined with stretchers to each side for strength. Note the pegged construction. Repairs to the feet on a couple of the chairs, otherwise excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
