About this item
A nineteenth century, English copper pipe mould. This is marked “JONES BROS DOWN ST.W.” It is made from quite a heavy gauge of copper and it dates from c.1880. The design displays well when hanging as the sides are simply fluted but the top resembles a wheel with cogs. There is very minor denting to some of the corners of the cogs but otherwise it is in very good condition. The tinning, to the interior, is worn.
