About this item
Club shaped decanter with faceted lozenge stopper, cut brickwork to neck and cut basal flutes.
The body engraved two cocks and a banner beneath 'Cocking With Honnor' (sic). The reverse the victor over the defeated cock and a banner engraved ‘Victory' beneath. Each side is labelled Sherry. English c1770.
