Appealing example of Dutch craftsmanship, with jovial character Displaying a desirable aged patina with some small repairs under inspection Some light weathering to the black finished plaster reveals warm saffron hues Each figure presented seated, with charmingly naive poses Maker's initials present to the lower edge, reading 'JJ'This is a charming pair of antique figurative bookends, with lovely weathering revealing golden hues beneath the black finish.
