This an antique master craftsman's spirit level. An English, rosewood and brass ornamental desk tool, dating to the early Victorian period.
An attractive Victorian aid. Displays a desirable aged patina. Crafted in rosewood and showing fine grain interest. Resplendent with brass perimeter with pleasing weathering.
Large horizontal vial with dual viewing window. Top plate engraved with the name D. Lyon and London. Smaller vertical level to one end.
This is an appealing antique spirit level, ideal for display on an office desk. Solid joints and construction, delivered waxed, polished and ready for the home.
