19th Century freestanding French parquetry and Kingwood kidney desk, the kidney shaped top having a green leather writing surface decorated with blind and gilt tooling, a Kingwood border and a decorative brass gallery, with a brass moulding running along the edge of the top, a combination of four mahogany lined shaped drawers with the original ornate brass handles, with one drawer having a stationary compartment, supported on elegant cabriole legs decorated with lovely quality brass mounts. Circa 1880.
