A most unusual Regency mahogany writing desk/cabinet.The base with four cupboard doors and inverted break front,below a row of five drawers,the centre three(or two)opening to support a fold over writing flap.The back has a concave centre with drawers and cupboards and two wing drawers below a polished top.A very useful piece of furniture that is multi-purpose and only 22ins deep;.English Circa 1820.Writing height is 30 ins.Fine original colour and condition.
