Stunning Plum Leather Desk with Crocodile pattern on a fantastic hand-forged chrome legs base with 3 drawers – Fabulous and a classy piece for the Office or Home.
Good Vintage condition.
Circa 1970s.
The 3 drawers are in good condition
In the style of Andrew Martin B B Italia.
The chrome legs are of exceptional quality and have been hand-forged in a double-splayed style. There is a possible maker mark on one foot please see the photo enclosed in the gallery images.
Quality Chrome legs are very heavy and hand-forged and together with the top must weigh approximately 80 kg.
Condition report:
Scuff marks underneath the desk and the top has had a few marks since repaired, barely visible.
Chrome has very slight oxidation.
Wear consistent with age and use.
