Set Of Six Edwardian Spindle Back Antique Dining Chairs

A wonderful set of six Edwardian spindle back dining chairs. The beautiful antique dining chairs feature a decorative spindle and leather backrest, with the leather being in its original form. The antique dining chairs have a multicoloured fabric seat that has recently been professionally reupholstered. The heavily detailed and well structured chairs are raised on chamfered and fluted legs and turned feet, with ‘H’ stretcher supports. A rather pleasing set of six antique dining chairs.

DIMENSIONS:

Height – 96cm / Seat Height - 55cm / Width – 44cm / Depth – 50cm

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches around the wooden frames and legs (pictured). There is some cracking to the back of the leather on some of the backrests (pictured). There is also a spindle missing from one of the chairs (pictured), this does not affect the overall integrity of the product (pictured). There is also minor evidence of historical woodworm, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. The antique dining chairs remain structurally solid and sound, with good tight joints. Overall, a brilliant set of antique dining chairs.

FREE delivery to England & Wales. For Scotland please get in touch for a delivery quote by calling us on 01685 813594.

Timescale: 5-15 working days. You will receive full delivery details once your order has been placed. For Scotland, delivery may take longer than 15 working days. Please note, the courier service is to the external doorstep, the courier will also deliver on their own so you will need to arrange for someone to help your end.

Delivery Exemptions: We do not deliver to areas outside of mainland UK (i.e Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles).

Collection: Our shop is based in the village of Penderyn, South Wales, CF44 0TJ.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
