Super quality mid 19th century French Directoire style marble top buffet server or sideboard in mahogany, circa 1840.
Lovely slim proportions to this buffet and also being raised on these turned legs with brass caps lightens the feel too.
Fully panelled sides and front with the doors being in beautifully figured flame mahogany.
There are two drawers above the two door below, all with working locks and keys.
Good rich consistent colour throughout and works so well with the original marble top, shaped to match the corner pillars.
Great piece of furniture for a dining room, living room and hall as an alternative to a console table if you would like some storage!
