An Early 20th Century Art Deco Triptych Dressing Table Mirror
Pink Champagne Coloured Bevelled Glass with Walnut Back
Possibly Venice
Circa 1920s
Measures:
70 cm high x 90 cm wide (when open)
An imposing and characterful mirror. Larger central mirror flanked by two smaller to each side. Each of the panels topped with a serpentine, Venetian-style double-curve ogee. The plain glass to the central mirror panes, framed with pink-champagne coloured bevelled glass sections. Solid walnut frame. The central mirror panel with tilt adjustment.
In characterful condition, commensurate with age. Two of the bevelled glass outer-sections (top left and top right corners) replaced with shaped plain glass, one outer section broken and glued (right corner of left-hand panel). Some oxidation etc to the glass.
This is a heavy piece and will need to be collected in person or carefully hand-carried by a courier.
