About this item
An early 18th Century Dutch display cabinet. A wonderful small cabinet veneered in walnut, burr oak, olive wood, ebony and many exotic hardwoods. Cross grained moulding throughout. The lower door depicting a Parrot sat upon a branch with berries. In the centre is a small slide which pulls out. Raised on ebonised bun feet.
Condition : Overall very good. Naturally a piece of this date has had some restoration, but nothing major. Structually sound and in good order.
