







Pair of mid 19th c. Shaft & Globe decanters with grapevine motifs
Item details
An exceptional pair of heavy quality, mid 19th century decanters of shaft and globe design. The body of the decanters is engraved with grape and vine motifs above a concave slice cut. The neck is with three faceted panels and the base is star cut to mirror the top of the original engraved stoppers. A fine pair of wine, port or sherry decanters remaining in excellent condition. English, probably Stourbridge. Circa 1860.
