Michael Andersen & Sons
Jens Michael Andersen (1859-1931) founded the Michael Andersen & Sons Pottery (MAS) on the island of Bornholm, Denmark in the 1880s.
Vintage Danish Art Pottery of tall and parallel body with extended neck. Dark textured chamotte clay and a high gloss flecked blue glaze vase in the unique Danish style, denoting simplicity and functionality.
Impressed MAS factory marks and the three fish shield denoting the official seal of the town of Ronne and its three herring mark. Ronne was where the Pottery was located.
Shape number 6300, however the designer is unknown. 1970s
