About this item
A set of 4 silver plated open salts in the form of scallop shells balanced on the tails of dolphins. They are beautifully modelled with lots of detail to the fish and shells. The bottom of each is marked 3337 but they bear no maker's name. The probably date to around the early 20th century.
Condition: Good apart from minor wear to the plating in the bowl of one salt.
