A Superb Rare Large Peregrinum Log Basket. Made from Tropaeolum peregrinum (Canary - Creeper) which is a very tough Vine, making these baskets extremely strong, it has two twisted handles on either side of the basket. C1950
Tropaeolum peregrinum, the canary-creeper, canarybird flower, canarybird vine, or canary nasturtium, is a species of Tropaeolum native to western South America in Peru and possibly also Ecuador.
This charmingly rustic basket is in great condition, with a lovely honey colour, it has minimum wear, and remains in original condition.
This basket would make fabulous storage for winter clothes, blankets or bedlinen, also perfect for shoes, logs or towels on a poolside or a spa.
