A gorgeous quality 19th Century brass fire screen, fully restored and polished.  The protective mesh wire of rectangular form is set within an intricately embossed and pierced frame with decorative foliate, flowerhead and scroll motifs throughout, surmounted with an elegant carrying handle with ribbon bow detail.  The wire mesh is adorned with centred decorative brass motifs comprising of an urn, fruit, mask and scrolling foliate detail, supported on out-scrolling trestle foot.
