About this item
This is an English, Edwardian antique bedpost light in mahogany and dating to the early 20th Century. Crafted from a period William IV bedpost. In select mahogany with a desirable aged patina. Fitted with a quality, pleated shade. The gently tapered, reeded post features ring turning top and bottom. The bottom foliate carved and inlaid with boxwood stringing. Standing upon four elegantly splayed legs with bump feet. Switched bayonet lamp holder, white cable and three pin plug.
A super antique standard lamp, pat tested and ready for the home.
