About this item
Unusual giltwood column standard lamp c.1930. Single bulb on a lovely turned and twist carved column raised on a square plinth with moulded base and carved feet. Original gilding attractively mellowed and worn in places to reveal the red ground below, the base would appear to have been repainted. A few minor chips around the top, otherwise very good condition, cleaned rewired and PAT tested.
