Magnificent large antique French mirror with curved top

Very large, very elegant, late 19th century French mirror with double curved top decorated in the central dip with floral and foliate cartouche. Beautifully modelled acanthus leaves decorate each corner and the frame is a mixture of matt and burnished gilding with a beaded sight edge (edge closest to the glass). The original glass is bevelled following the shape of the frame and is in excellent condition giving a very good reflection.
