About this item
A very nice, single seat, teak and metal garden chair. The metal frame of the chair is reclaimed and is from the Victorian period. The frame has been refurbished and has a wonderful look, typical of the era, with scrolling arms and feet. The metal has been cleaned and sprayed black and new bolts have been added. The old slats have been removed and replaced with reclaimed teak slats. The teak has been oiled with 3 coats of boat oil and has a fantastic colour. The chair is in good restored condition with some small signs of age. The teak has some small marks and natural colour variation. The antique frame has been restored and there are some small scuff marks and natural wear to the metal. Please see pictures for condition details. The chair is of a very attractive antique design and it will make a fantastic item for the garden.
