This is a vintage stick stand. An English, cast iron hallway umbrella rack displaying Victorian Revival taste, dating to the mid 20th century, circa 1950.
Attractive mid-century stand with appealing Victorian overtones

Pierced detailing to the back rest, with cruciform detail to the domed top
