    Charming Toleware 'Tea Box' from an old Tea Shop or Grocery in Late Victorian England. The 'Japanned' Lacquerwork container is decorated with a scene showing a golden robed Chinese Mandarin sitting by a fountain while his servants prepare his tea.
    Complete with its lid, the Box measures 13 inches x 8 x 10 high. In acceptable condition with some wear from its age and usage.
    Made in England c. 1860-1890
