Vintage Cake Safe or cabinet c1940

This wonderful "Cake" safe or cabinet by "WR" is in "as found" condition.

The cake safe has retained much of its' cream paint work, however, there are some losses of paint, mainly around the edges and corners, as well as the marks, scuffs and scratches you would expect from a used item of this age, but the lovely central 'cakes' banner is still clear with a good colour, it does have some minor rubbing in places, the makers initials "WR" are in the corners.

It has it's original door handle.

I has a working key, although this is probably not original.
