    A superb example of an early 17thc latten (latten is made up of copper, tin, zinc and lead, giving it characteristics of both brass and bronze.) "Apostle" topped spoon....probably (St. Matthew) ....it has a small hairline crack to one side of the bowl, (see picture)which is stable and does not affect the quality of this desirable rare spoon....excellent condition.
