A late nineteenth century, brass pastry tool. This has a semi circular cutter to the one end and a double wheel to the other. Both ends were used for applying designs to the pastry.

English. Cast brass. c.1890.

Dimensions: Length 10.5cm. Width 2.4cm. Diameter of wheel 2.2cm.

Condition: Excellent.
