    About this item

    A rare George III silver gilt watchcase style vinaigrette. It was made in Birmingham in 1807 by Samuel Pemberton. Both hinges are good and tight with very little play. The overall gilding is good with some small patches are showing the silver through . Overall very good condition with no damage or repairs. There is crisp wiggle work engraving on the top and bottom.
