This is an uncommon 18th Century, John Pennington, Liverpool porcelain saucer.
c1780-90
It is in very good condition for this scarce Chinese Lady, Boy & Bird pattern.
"A printed Chinese garden with a boy standing beside a woman with a bird perched
on her right hand. a vase of flowers is on a nearby table and another bird flies overhead.
In the distance is a house amongst trees."(Goss p161)
It displays very well with clear image and it just has some very minor chips
on the rim as shown and a pin prick excess on the boy image.
It is typically unmarked.
