About this item

Art Deco 1920s/30s 3 segment lampshade in chromed frame.

Of course the garden isn't the usual or intended environment for this piece, however the morning light was just amazing and set against the fresh and lush greenery, was too nice not to give it a go..

Hanging light shade made up of 3 segments of relief moulded opaque/frosted glass held in by pressed steel chromed frame mount.

In deco period style of Ezan, Degue etc. Each glass shell stamped 'FAIT EN BELGIQUE' on inside of central rim.

Glass design made up of stylised bouquets of flowers in geometric triple deck skyscraper style vases/wall pockets, separated by linear pleat effect banding. Central chromed mount having scalloped edging.

In overall very nice vintage condition, having age related imperfections which give an authenticity to such pieces. Ready to hang with modern chain which can supply together if like. No light fitting included.
