    About this item

Framed 1966 Bill Graham lithograph postcards one of two left . These were printed with several different backs and are listed unfarmed on the website link:- Place Stamp Here (PSH), Advertising backs, Blank backs and Bulk Rate Permit backs (as well as combinations of these types in the case of double sized cards). On the shop website are more where all these come from a single collection. Many cards were produced in more than one back style. The Ad backs and Bulk Rate backs were used to advertise the shows. They are generally harder to find and more valuable than the PSH backs which which were produced for retail marketing. Ad back cards were not produced prior to #119.   The Bill Graham numbered series includes handbills and postcards. Poster artists Wes Wilson (BG-18), Bonnie MacLean ,  Stanley Mouse , Alton Kelley,  Greg Irons ,  Lee Conklin ,  Rick Griffin (BG-105), Bob Fried,  Victor Moscoso ,  Randy Tuten , and   David Singer all created posters for the BG Series.. BG numbers  0 to 45 are in three sizes of printings—posters, handbills, and postcards. After number 45, handbills were no longer printed; only posters and postcards were produced. However, sometimes the postcards with a calendar or “show back” are referred to as handbills on ebay etc just to upset me. Most measure approximately 5″ x 7. Frame size is listed
