This is an 18K gold triple signed pocket watch made by the esteemed watch house, Vacheron and Constantin
Movement – the light gilt bridge movement has a lever escapement with a micrometer regulator. The movement has a capped escape wheel and is jewelled to the centre with a large gold jewel setting. The movement is signed “Chronometre Royal, Vacheron & Constantin, Geveve” # 357558. The movement is in 90% mint condition – light marks and scratches
Case – the movement comes in a solid 18K gold case, which has a hinged inner, back and bezel. The case is signed “Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve”. The back of the case has a vacant cartouche and a sunburst pattern. The rest of the case has a smooth plain finish and is in 80% mint condition – there are three dents on the side and on one the back edge.
Dial – the white enamel dial has a full set of gilt hands. The dial is signed “Chronometre Royal, Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve” and is in 99% mint condition
The watch has a bevelled mineral glass
The watch measures 49mm wide x 13mm deep
The watch is stem wound / stem set
The watch comes in a vintage box.
