This is an American watch made for the English market where it was cased and sold

The watch runs well but has NOT been cleaned or serviced and is sold “as is” with NO Warranty.

This is a perfect replacement pocket watch to use every day and not worry about it getting damaged etc.

Movement – the gilt ¾ plate movement has a lever escapement and is signed “American Waltham USA, Traveller” 19173891 and is in 95% mint condition – a superb example

Case – the movement comes in a gold plated open face case, which has a hinged inner, back and snap on bezel.  The case has coin edged sides, engine turning and a vacant crest. The case is in 80% mint condition – some small dings, rubbing, loss of definition and signs of metal coming through the plating in areas

Dial – the white enamel dial has a pair of gilt hands, blue steel sub seconds hand and is signed “Waltham”. The dial is in 99% mint condition

The watch has a mineral glass

The watch measures 50mm wide x 15mm deep

The watch is stem wound / stem set
