This is a very unusual pocket watch stand
The stand has a gilt metal carved round base and column which ultimately leads up to the watch holder. This is a gilt metal disk with hook, from which to hang a pocket watch – it is best suited to watches 40mm – 45mm wide
The main feature of the stand however is the enamel bowl in the centre. The outside of the bowl has a crackle glaze. The inner section is decorated with guilloche enamel in the form of multi colour flowers. The enamel is perfect
The stand measures 160mm high and the bowl is 100mm wide
The overall condition of the stand is 95% mint condition
