This is the classic 16 size 21 Jewel 60 hour Illinois Bunn Special model rail road pocket watch

Movement – this is a superb high quality nickel ¾ plate movement which has a lever escapement with a micrometer regulator, decorated with circular damascening, black enamel lettering, gold train wheels and raised gold jewel settings. The movement is signed “Double Roller, Sixty Hour, Bunn Special, Illinois Watch Springfield, 21 Jewels, Adjusted Temp & Six positions, Motor Barrel # 4819075. The movement is in 99% mint condition – a superb example

Case – the movement comes in a superb 10K white gold filled case signed “Bunn Special, Model”. The case has a screw on back and bezel with engraved borders front and back. The rest of the case has a smooth plain finish with scroll initials on the back and dated 1926. The case is in 90% mint condition – light marks and scratches

Dial – the white enamel dial is double sunk and has a full set of blue steel hands. The dial is signed “Illinois”  and is in 90% mint condition – a hairline in the centre and by the 1.

The watch has a synthetic glass

The watch measures 50mm wide x 13mm deep
